Jordan joined Kornfeld Mackoff Silber LLP as an associate in June 2011, after completing his articles with the firm. His practice covers the areas of general corporate commercial law with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance and financing, as well as banking and insolvency law, particularly acting for lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Jordan received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 2005 and attended law school at City University, London (UK), where he graduated with first class honours in 2008. While at law school, Jordan won the scholarship for the top international student in his class.
Born in eastern Ontario, Jordan attended boarding school at Trinity College School in Port Hope, Ontario, and since then has lived in Montréal, Zug (Switzerland), Sydney (Australia) and London (UK). He is now proud to call Vancouver his home.
Jordan is fluent in French and is proficient in Spanish. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys skiing, running, playing hockey and golf, cooking and travelling.
