					James S. McRae - Associate jmcrae@kmslawyers.com Jamie McRae joined Kornfeld Mackoff Silber LLP in 2000, after practicing in Vancouver for ten years. Born and raised in Vancouver, Jamie received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia in 1986 and obtained his law degree from the University of Calgary in 1989. Jamie practices primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate commercial law. His real estate practice is wide-ranging and involves complex development and redevelopment projects. He has extensive experience with purchase and sale of all forms of real estate, strata title development, commercial and residential subdivisions, financing, as well as commercial and shopping centre leasing. In his corporate and commercial practice, Jamie focuses on business acquisitions and sales, shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements. He has also advised on business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and a broad range of other commercial matters. Jamie is married and the proud father of two girls.
